I am happy to recommend Crossover Veterinary Clinic to my friends. I have working
Border Collies that herd my sheep and Akbash dogs who guard my sheep. Dr. Hynes was
instrumental in diagnosing a rare injury on one of my working dogs. An orthopedic
surgeon was impressed she was able to identify the problem that he had seen very
rarely in 20 years in practice.
Dr. Stropes has always worked with me to give me my options and sometimes even going
the extra mile to find an alternative treatment. And I’ve had less contact with Dr.
Hantz, but she was very helpful with some puppy issues. I would not hesitate to use
any of the wonderful vets at Crossover.
I’d like to go a step further and say that the vet techs at Crossover are the best.
I know my dogs and cats are often in the hands of the vet techs more than the vets
when they stay there. For years Crossover helped me care for my prized herding dog
Roy. At almost 14, it was time to let him go. I’ll never forget it was such a nice
day. They let me sit out under the tree with him as he went to sleep. The vet techs
came and sat with me for a few moments to check in once in a while. We didn’t have
to say anything. Since then they’ve helped me take several dogs to the Rainbow
Bridge when the time came. It’s never easy, but the Crossover staff has always been
there for me and I appreciate them.

They have helped us through difficult illnesses and were there to support us when we had no other options left to help our little four legged family members. They take the time to answer all questions or concerns that I may have and are very good about presenting treatment options when available They have seen me through sad times and happy times with my dogs but they are always there so I can count on them.
