Payment options

When veterinary services are rendered, payment is expected at the time of the visit.  For pets having routine surgery, payment is expected when the pet is picked up. For pets requiring hospitalization, or other surgery or treatment, a deposit of 50-75% of the expected costs is required, with the balance being due at the end of treatment.  We are always happy to provide you with a written estimate of expected costs.  Please be aware that treatment needs can change based on how the patient responds to care, so final charges can vary from the initial estimate. We will always do our best to give you an accurate projection of costs.

We do not do any in-house billing, which lets us concentrate on our patients’ needs, and also helps keep our costs down. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit) checks and cash.

We understand that unexpected veterinary expenses can really put a strain on the household budget.  While we do not make any billing arrangements in-house, we do accept the CareCredit card. CareCredit allows you to receive immediate credit and take up to six months to pay off your bill with no interest charges as long as you pay the required minimum amounts on time.  It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application. You can apply and pay online. Visit our page on the CareCredit website for more information or to apply –   http://carecredit.com/go/DGB269/

We also take Scratch Pay: https://scratchpay.com/
